HAIR CARE TIPS FOR NATURAL CURLY HAIR

Naturally curly hair needs moisture (not grease or drying alcohol) to restore its natural luster, beauty, and healthy state.
Unfortunately, most ethnic products contain cheap oils that coat and weigh down the hair. Non-ethnic products contain drying ingredients that rob the hair it of its natural sheen. You won't find any cheap oils or drying ingredients in our products...just quality ingredients, such as whole oats, amino silk acids (protein), wheat germ, jojoba, avocado and coconut oil, as well as a new, patented ingredient, all natural ingredients to put the bounce back into your curl.
Conditioning your curly hair is one of the most important steps in your hair care regime. Curly hair is dry by nature and requires moisture. Continue to pump moisture, moisture, moisture back into your lochs.

How to Properly Condition the Natural Curly Hair:
  • After completely rinsing shampoo out of your hair, apply a generous amount of conditioner into the palm of your hands. Start at the middle of your hair (not at the roots) and work your way down to the ends. Comb conditioner completely through the hair. Apply an additional helping of conditioner to the hair’s ends, as they are the most dry and porous. Allow the conditioner to penetrate. Rinse well.
  • Add an extra helping of your favorite natural oil (sweet almond, coconut, or jojoba) to your conditioner. Mix well. Apply a nice coat of your conditioner concoction to your hair, comb through. Cover with plastic cap. Allow conditioner to penetrate during your shower time. Rinse. Thicker hair types: Do not rinse out completely. Leave a slight film of conditioner in your hair.
  • Deep condition your hair at least once a month. Comb a coat of conditioner through your locks. Cover with plastic cap. Sit under the dryer for 15-25 minutes. Rinse. Deep conditioning is recommended once a week.
  • Use a daily leave in treatment to protect the curly hair from environmental elements. This helps prevent the hair from drying out from season to season.
For Graying Curly Hair

  • Take a little Mehandi , an egg, juice of  half a lemon, one table spoon of instant coffee powder. Mix it together and apply on the hair. Wash it after 45 minutes.
  • Boil one cup of dried gooseberry with 4 cups of water. Add a pinch of sugar in it. Keep boiling till the quantity of the liquid reduces to one cup. Mix 2 cups of Mehendi, an egg, juice of a lemon and the gooseberry solution and apply on hair. Wash the hair after two hours.
